Sleepy Kangaroos

We are the Sleepy Kangaroos, and when you own one, you will be too. We're an Aussie team, driving the NFT and blockchain technologies forward, with the support of our amazing community. The Sleepy Kangaroos are a collection of 8,765 Kangaroos living on the Ethereum blockchain, and your pocket through our iOS app (plans for Android devices are in progress). Owning Your NFT

By connecting your Ethereum wallet and minting/trading an NFT with our smart contract, you have purchased a Sleepy Kangaroo. When you purchase a Sleepy Kangaroo, the Sleepy Kangaroos founders transfer ownership to you. This means that you are free to use the purchased Sleepy Kangaroo with the limitations outlined below. The Sleepy Kangaroos founders reserve the right to use all Sleepy Kangaroos images for promotional purposes.

Derivatives

The Sleepy Kangaroos founders appreciate that the community may want to create derivatives of the Sleepy Kangaroos Collection and are always open to discuss this. Please note that the individual trait layers are the creation of the Sleepy Kangaroos founders and are propriety. The team is not open to the community creating and minting a derivative project of the Sleepy Kangaroos using the individual layers and traits. We ask that you respect the founders, the hard work they have put into the project and approach them, should you have any derivative ideas.

Usage of Sale Funds

The Sleepy Kangaroos founders plan on using the funds from the sale of the Sleepy Kangaroos collection, including secondary sales, to fulfil the project roadmap, reinvest in the project to allow a seamless evolution, incorporate and innovate new technologies, work with the community, and allocate profits to the Sleepy Kangaroos founders.

While the Sleepy Kangaroos founders have complete faith and belief that the project will be a success, they take no responsibility for investments or losses based on purchase and trade decisions. Any decisions the Sleepy Kangaroos founders make with aims of increasing the value of the project and your NFT, do not guarantee its growth. The Sleepy Kangaroos founders will continue working to add value and help grow the value of the project as a whole but advise that there are no guarantees.

NFT Asset Usage Limitations

You may not use any Sleepy Kangaroos materials in connection with any material, which is unlawful, fraudulent, libelous, defamatory, obscene, pornographic, profane, threatening, abusive, hateful, offensive or otherwise objectionable or unreasonable or infringing upon any laws or regulations or intellectual property rights or proprietary rights or confidentiality obligations.
